New Location
For many years, Lake Charles First Church of the Nazarene occupied the property at 1320 Country Club in Lake Charles; Hurricane Laura in 2020, and a devastating fire in 2021 left the building in ruins, and the church as a whole earnestly seeking God’s will regarding a building to claim as our church home. Would we rebuild, or would we find another building that would be adequate to meet our needs?
As of October 2022, we can say with confidence that God has answered, and provided a building that is not just adequate, but more than what we needed, as well as providing a buyer for the Country Club property that would allow us to purchase the new building entirely DEBT FREE.
We’ve Moved!
Lake Charles First Church of the Nazarene is now located at
3940 Holly Hill Road, Lake Charles, LA 70605
The church is located at the corner of Holly Hill Road and Temple Street, between I-210 and Sale Road. The first service in the new facility was held on Sunday, October 9, 2022.
Everyone is invited to join with us in worship as we praise the Lord for His blessings and faithfulness to us. Services are held each Sunday at 10:00 AM, and prayer meeting and children’s and youth ministries are on Wednesday evenings at 6:00.
