We believe that the Bible is the Word of God given to man and that in hiding His Word in our hearts we are able to better face life. The Bible tells us to train up a child in the way they should go, and one of the ways we do this is by helping them to learn the Bible from a young age.
Bible quizzing is a Bible study program with a competition element that children and teens alike love. Our kids have the opportunity to participate in quizzing on a local, district, regional – all the way up to national level, with the Church of the Nazarene.
Children’s Quizzing
Children’s Quizzing is a six-year Bible study program designed for elementary school-age children. Through active learning, the stories will come to life as children learn and understand scripture. Students will follow Dr. Digalot and Canteen the Camel as they dig into the Word and discover Biblical truths.
Activities are specifically geared to help children immerse themselves in the ancient world, learning what life was like for Samuel, King Saul, King David, and many others. Each week children build their spiritual vocabulary as they incorporate FAITH WORDS into their everyday lives. Characteristics of God are revealed in each weekly Dig Site to help children learn who God is, what He is like, and how He interacts with people.
Teen Quizzing
Youth Quizzing is a unique and exciting ministry for youth that combines Bible study, mentoring, competition, fellowship, discipleship, and mission. In addition to developing a devotion to God’s Word and lifelong habits of Bible study in youth, quizzing creates and builds up a community of young disciples and servants, steadily adding to a vast pool of leadership and continually strengthening the church and its ministries. More and more teenagers and youth leaders are realizing just what an impact quizzing can have in their lives and in the lives of people around the world!
